Staff Writer (2017 - 2022)
From July 2017 to June 2022, I was a staff writer at Worrall Community Newspapers. I primarily covered West Orange, South Orange and Maplewood, New Jersey, but I also occasionally wrote about Bloomfield, Glen Ridge, Orange, East Orange, Irvington and Union County.
I covered local government, schools, entertainment and features. During the pandemic I even wrote a couple sports stories when no one else was available - it went fine, but everyone involved was grateful when the sports editor returned to work. When necessary, I took photos as well. I continue to do freelance work for Worrall now.
